We are looking for an office manager for a variety of different, interesting, challenging and - most of all - fun tasks in one of the world's most reknowned dressage stables.

Outstanding Stables by Patrik Kittel is located just south of Münster in Germany and employs +15 employees.

Versatile office tasks

In direct reference to Olympic Rider, Patrik Kittel, you will be in charge of a wide range of administrative tasks in the company. This is a uniquely independent position where you will be the only permanent employee in the office; with close collaboration with Patrik Kittel and one Master Rider.

You will have a varied working day and will have frequent contact with other administrative employees in Global Equestrian Group (e.g. marketing, HR, finance etc).

Your daily tasks involve

• Answering phone
• Marketing tasks - posts on Instagram and Facebook
• Travel and logistics
• HR and IT
• other ad hoc tasks

You

Your educational background is not important. We do expect, however, that you have several years of experience from an independent job with similar kind of tasks.

• You enjoy working with IT and is a frequent user of MS Office 
• You master SoMe channels like Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin
• You have general knowledge of German business legislation
• You are fluent in German and English - in both writing and oral

As a person you  work with commitment and approach tasks with good energy. It natural for you to follow up on tasks, you work in a structured way and take on responsibility. Furthermore, you are...:

• friendly and welcoming verbally, especially on the phone
• helpful and good at collaborating
• meticulous with an eye for detail
• keen on solving many different tasks

Outstanding Stables by Patrik Kittel

Swedish Patrik Kittel is one of the world's most successful dressage riders and has certainly made his mark on the international dressage scene. In his career, he has trained more than 60 horses for Grand Prix, won more than most.

Since 2005 he his operated Outstanding Stables just south of Münster in the region of Westphalia, Germany's horse mekka.

In 2022, Patrik Kittel and Outstanding Stables joined Global Equestrian Group.
