Wellington International is seeking an Advertising Coordinator to support the sales and proper implementation of advertising (digital/print) and work as a liaison with the sponsorship team. This position assists the Wellington International Marketing Department in coordinating all advertising, from contract signature to activation and reporting. It reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is on-site at Wellington International in Wellington, FL.
To be successful in this role as the Advertising Coordinator, you must be very organized, have strong communication and coordination skills, and enjoy interacting with people of varying backgrounds. The candidate will be an exceptional team player and have some knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing as well as advertising and be able to project manage assets and campaigns. The events that the Advertising Coordinator will work on include, but are not limited to, the Winter Equestrian Festival, Adequan Global Dressage Festival, and ESP Annual Series.
Some of the skills and responsibilities of the Advertising Coordinator are as follows:
- Be organized and professional.
- Be able to work well as part of a team.
- Have experience and proficiency in Google Ad Manager optimizing website advertizing.
- Have experience and proficiency in Google Ads optimizing search and display ads.
- Have experience and proficiency in Facebook Ad Manager placing and optimizing advertising.
- Be personable and creative, always open to new ideas and ways of doing this more efficiently.
- Have project management experience.
- Be self-sufficient and continuously ask themselves – how can we optimize for both efficiency and results.
- Work with various teams and other departments as necessary to develop an overall plan and calendar for all phases of events.
- Execute a comprehensive, multi-channel advertising deliverable management strategy including file organization, inter-department project coordination, and report content management.
- Work with co-workers and the sponsorship department to develop and implement an advertising calendar utilizing multiple media channels to promote clients.
- Have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and be able to story tell around campaign analytics.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Special projects as designated by supervisor.
- Participate in professional and local community outreach when necessary.
- Other duties as specified by supervisor.
- This position entails working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- The position involves desk work as well as regular manual labor preparing for events.
